Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will manage on-site construction activities, ensure quality control, oversee structural engineering aspects, and collaborate with civil engineers to ensure projects meet specifications. The role also involves effective communication with stakeholders and adherence to project timelines and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in on-site construction management and supervision
- Proficiency in maintaining quality control and ensuring adherence to project specifications
- Background in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and standards is advantageous
