Role Description
This full-time, on-site Site Engineer role is based in Kanpur. The Site Engineer will oversee daily operations at construction or project sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include executing project plans, supervising construction activities, conducting quality control checks, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
Qualifications
- Experience in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in Quality Control practices and standards
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and contractors
- Proven ability to manage On-Site work and ensure proper implementation of project plans
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments and meet project deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience in working on government or infrastructure projects is preferred
