Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced professionals for the position of Site Engineer - PEB & Prefab. The role involves managing on-site project execution, coordination, monitoring, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PEB/Prefab project execution with strong coordination and site management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site execution activities for PEB/Prefab projects
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, installation activities, and ensure timely completion
- Plan material requirements, manpower deployment, and site resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations at project sites
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in PEB / Prefabricated Building projects
- Strong knowledge of site execution, erection activities, and project coordination
- Experience in handling industrial, warehouse, or infrastructure projects preferred
- Good communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel across Pan-India project locations
