Role Description
- Supervise installation of HVAC systems including ducting, piping, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation systems.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines (civil, electrical).
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of HVAC activities.
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality control at all stages of installation.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Handle testing, commissioning, and balancing of HVAC systems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at the site.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Verify measurements and assist in billing and material reconciliation.
- Experience - Min 2 years
