Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer, to be deployed in North Karnataka region. The Site Engineer will oversee construction activities, ensure quality control, coordinate with various stakeholders, and manage project timelines and resources. Responsibilities include monitoring site operations, studying structural plans, supervising civil works, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and design specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience in on-site project execution and supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with contractors, team members, and other stakeholders
- Understanding of Quality Control standards and practices in construction
- Knowledge of Structural Engineering principles and their application in real-world projects
- Relevant professional experience as a Civil Engineer or related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in construction is a plus
- Proficiency in project management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
