Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Engineer with real estate/construction experience to manage and supervise on-site execution of residential/commercial projects. The candidate will ensure quality construction, timely completion, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🏢 Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
👷 Coordination & Management
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants
Manage labor, materials, and equipment at site
Act as a bridge between project team and site workforce
🧱 Quality Control
Ensure quality standards in RCC, structural, and finishing works
Conduct regular inspections and resolve technical issues
Monitor workmanship and material quality
⏱️ Planning & Progress Tracking
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site records
Track material consumption and minimize wastage
Assist in project scheduling and milestone tracking
🛠️ Technical Responsibilities
Interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
Provide engineering solutions to site issues
Ensure proper construction sequencing (foundation to finishing)
⚠️ Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety standards and site regulations
Comply with building codes and statutory requirements
Maintain safe working conditions at site
🎓 Qualifications
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
2–6 years of experience in real estate/construction projects
Experience in residential/commercial/high-rise projects preferred
💡 Key Skills
Strong knowledge of construction methods & materials
Ability to read drawings & BOQs
Good communication & coordination skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Office (preferred)

💼 Experience Requirement
Minimum: 2–3 years (Site Engineer)
