Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer at Casagrand Premier Builder Limited, located in Pune City. The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising, managing, and monitoring construction activities on-site. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing technical guidance to the team. The role will involve preparing progress reports, managing resources, and ensuring that projects adhere to timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in on-site project execution and coordination, including overseeing day-to-day construction activities.
- Strong skills in communication and collaboration to effectively interact with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of quality control processes to ensure standards are met during construction.
- Expertise in structural engineering and related technical disciplines.
- Experience as a Civil Engineer, with the ability to execute and manage construction plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Working knowledge of safety regulations and construction project management software is an advantage.
- Leadership skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
