Role Description The Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring that work is executed according to design specifications, structural requirements, and safety standards. This role includes supervising on-site teams, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring progress, and resolving technical issues that arise during construction. The Site Engineer will implement quality control procedures, conduct site inspections, and verify that materials and workmanship meet project requirements. The position also involves maintaining site documentation, preparing reports, and communicating regularly with project managers and stakeholders to support timely, cost-effective project delivery.
Qualification
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in both civil construction and interior execution.
- Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret structural and interior working drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCad is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage on-site labor.
- Mindset: Proactive, willing to learn, and ready to take ownership of site activities.
