Position Details
- Role: Site Engineer
- Discipline: Civil Engineering
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 7–10 years
- Preference for candidates with hands-on experience in construction execution and project site supervision
- Engagement Type: Contract
- Project Duration: 10–12 months
- Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day monitoring and supervision of construction activities at the project site
- Ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
- Coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Monitoring quality, safety, and material usage at site
- Maintaining site records, progress reports, and work measurements
- Identifying and resolving on-site execution issues proactively
- Supporting timely completion of the project within budget and quality standards
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a dependable and hands-on professional who is:
- Comfortable working in a semi-urban project location
- Experienced in managing day-to-day construction site activities independently
- Practical, disciplined, and solution-oriented
- Capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders on site
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in:
- Institutional or community infrastructure projects
- Assembly halls, cultural centres, school buildings, or public infrastructure
- RCC and finishing works supervision
