Role Description The Site Engineer role at Blucbase is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring that work is completed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This role includes monitoring structural works, supervising quality control procedures, resolving on-site technical issues, and maintaining accurate documentation of progress, materials, and inspections. The Site Engineer collaborates closely with project management and design teams, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and supports continuous adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements on the site.

- Candidates should possess strong on-site execution skills and experience working in field-based construction or engineering environments.
