Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control standards are met, and managing all aspects of site planning and supervision. They will work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with structural engineering guidelines and ensure smooth project execution. The candidate will also communicate with stakeholders, report on progress, and facilitate the implementation of construction plans in an efficient and safe manner.
Qualifications
- Proficient in on-site supervision and construction management tasks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
- Expertise in quality control and ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
- In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles and civil engineering practices
- Experience working as a Civil Engineer or in related roles is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
