Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore for a Site Engineer. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, monitoring structural and civil engineering tasks, implementing quality control measures, and addressing any on-site challenges. The role requires strong communication to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in on-site management and construction supervision
- Strong skills in Communication to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficiency in Quality Control to ensure that construction projects meet specifications and standards
- Expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in maintaining safety and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of local building regulations and codes is an advantage
- Prior experience in similar roles and familiarity with construction management software would be beneficial
