Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Civil Site Engineer specialized in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). The role involves supervising daily construction activities across project sites in Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu, while the head office is based in Perinthalmanna. The Site Engineer will oversee structural steel erection, foundation works, anchor bolt alignment, and site execution as per GA and shop drawings. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring site inventory and material handling, ensuring strict quality and safety standards, and preparing daily progress reports to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in Civil or PEB construction projects.
- Knowledge of Structural Engineering and PEB construction works.
- Ability to read and interpret GA drawings and shop drawings.
- Experience in site supervision, steel structure erection, and project coordination.
- Understanding of quality control standards and workplace safety procedures.
- Strong communication, reporting, and team management skills.
- Ability to work across multiple project locations and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in maintaining site documentation and daily progress reports.
