Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Gujarat, India. The Site Engineer will oversee on-site project execution, including managing installations, monitoring quality control, and ensuring all operations adhere to safety and structural standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the design and fabrication teams, communicating project progress with stakeholders, and resolving on-ground technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience in on-site project management and supervising construction activities
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- Proficiency in Quality Control procedures and practices to ensure compliance with standards
- Background in Structural Engineering and understanding its application to PEB and related projects
- Civil engineering expertise with a focus on industrial and commercial infrastructure projects
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and safety protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Familiarity with local construction standards and regulations in Gujarat, India
