Job Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project team
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work
• Check quality of materials and workmanship
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
• Handle site issues and provide technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and regulations
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in real estate or construction projects
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office

Qualifications
