Role Description: The Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Noida, responsible for supervising construction and interior project execution from start to finish. This role includes coordinating with engineers, designers, and workers, monitoring daily site activities, and ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with design specifications. The Site Engineer will oversee quality control processes, inspect materials and workmanship, and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly. The position also involves maintaining clear documentation, reporting project progress, and communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and any changes are managed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong on-site supervision skills, including daily monitoring of work, safety practices, and coordination with multiple teams.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, workers, and internal teams, with clear reporting and documentation.
- Quality control capabilities to inspect materials, workmanship, and adherence to standards, and to implement corrective actions when required.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and civil engineering practices relevant to construction, renovation, and interior projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in residential or commercial construction and interior fit-out projects is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications, and to manage basic project scheduling and resource planning.
- Proficiency with basic site measurement tools and familiarity with relevant building codes and safety regulations.
