SITE ENGINEER (3 POSITIONS — GG / GN / DELHI)

IILM University is hiring Site Engineers for three campus locations as we scale our infrastructure across NCR. These are hands-on, field-first roles with direct impact on how our campuses grow.
Role: Site Engineer — Civil
Locations: Gurugram | Greater Noida | Lodhi Road, New Delhi (one position each)
Reports to: Head — Infrastructure & Projects
What You'll Do
- Daily site supervision and progress monitoring
- Verify contractor measurements independently against payment claims
- Cross-check external measurement agency reports
- Flag quality deviations, safety issues, and timeline risks immediately
- Maintain site diaries, measurement books, and photographic records
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and internal teams
What We're Looking For
- B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering
- 5–8 years of site experience on institutional, commercial, or large residential projects
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Hands-on with measurement tools and basic AutoCAD or field documentation apps
- Honest, detail-oriented, and field-comfortable — this is not a desk role
