Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer with Kites Design and Construction, based in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring on-site operations, coordinating with architects and engineers, conducting quality checks, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining detailed project documentation.
Qualifications
- Expertise in on-site construction work with a strong understanding of site management and operations
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members, contractors, and clients
- Proficiency in quality control to uphold construction standards and address project challenges
- Knowledge in structural engineering and the ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Background or degree in Civil Engineering
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and regulations
- Previous experience in residential or commercial construction projects is a plus
- 2+ years of experience
