As part of our Hyderabad expansion, we are looking for execution-focused Site Engineers who can independently manage sites and coordinate local vendor ecosystems for smooth turnkey project execution.
Role Summary
As a Site Engineer – Turnkey Interior Fit-Out Projects, you will be responsible for end-to-end on-site execution, vendor coordination, labour management, material planning, and daily progress monitoring to ensure successful project delivery within timeline, quality, and budget expectations.
Candidates with an existing Hyderabad-based vendor and subcontractor network/pool for turnkey interior works will be given strong preference.
✅ Immediate joiners / short notice candidates will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute and supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Manage site labour, vendor productivity, material planning, and execution targets.
• Handle multiple agencies including civil, false ceiling, partitions, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, fabrication, glass, and finishing works.
• Ensure quality control, workmanship standards, alignment, finishing quality, and timely snag closure.
• Maintain proper site documentation including DPR, labour attendance, progress photos, inspection records, and site reports.
• Ensure safety compliance, housekeeping, and professional discipline at site.
• Support procurement coordination and vendor finalization based on project requirements and budget.
Requirements
🎓 Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (or relevant field)
🧰 Experience: 3–6 years in corporate/commercial interior fit-out execution
Mandatory Requirements
• Strong practical knowledge in turnkey interior execution works
• Existing Hyderabad vendor/subcontractor network for interior fit-out execution is highly preferred
• Ability to independently handle vendors, labour, and execution challenges on-site
• Experience in fast-track commercial interior projects
• Ability to read and execute drawings with minimal supervision
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, or project management tools
Preferred Technical Knowledge
• Modular furniture’s
• Gypsum partitions & ceilings
• Flooring works (tiles, vinyl, carpet, wooden flooring, self-leveling)
• Painting & finishing works
• Modular furniture & carpentry coordination
• Electrical & plumbing coordination
• Glass, ACP, fabrication, and miscellaneous interior works
• Basic MEP coordination understanding
💻 Preferred Software: Zoho Projects, MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar tools
🛵 Other Requirements:
• Own two-wheeler/vehicle mandatory for site travel
• Flexible to handle multiple project locations within Hyderabad
