As part of our continued growth in Bangalore, we are looking for execution-focused Site Engineers who can independently manage project sites, coordinate vendors and labour teams, and support smooth turnkey interior fit-out project delivery.
Role Summary
As a Site Engineer – Turnkey Interior Fit-Out Projects, you will be responsible for end-to-end on-site execution, vendor coordination, labour management, material planning, daily progress monitoring, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered within the committed timeline, quality standards, and budget expectations.
Candidates with an existing Bangalore-based vendor and subcontractor network/pool for turnkey interior works will be given strong preference.
Immediate joiners / short notice candidates will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute and supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Manage site labour, vendor productivity, material planning, and daily execution targets.
• Coordinate multiple agencies including civil, false ceiling, partitions, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, fabrication, glass, ACP, modular furniture, and finishing works.
• Ensure quality control, workmanship standards, proper alignment, finishing quality, and timely snag closure.
• Maintain proper site documentation including DPR, labour attendance, progress photos, inspection records, material updates, and site reports.
• Ensure safety compliance, housekeeping, and professional discipline at site.
• Support procurement coordination, vendor follow-up, and vendor finalization based on project requirements, timeline, and budget.
• Track daily progress and report execution updates to the project manager/management.
Requirements
Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or relevant field.
Experience: 3–6 years in corporate/commercial interior fit-out execution.
Mandatory Requirements
• Strong practical knowledge of turnkey interior fit-out execution works.
• Existing Bangalore vendor/subcontractor network for interior fit-out execution will be highly preferred.
• Ability to independently handle vendors, labour teams, and execution challenges on-site.
• Experience in fast-track commercial/corporate interior projects.
• Ability to read and execute drawings with minimal supervision.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, or project management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven project environment.
Preferred Technical Knowledge
• Modular furniture coordination
• Gypsum partitions and ceiling works
• Flooring works including tiles, vinyl, carpet, wooden flooring, and self-leveling
• Painting and finishing works
• Carpentry and joinery coordination
• Electrical and plumbing coordination
• Glass, ACP, fabrication, and miscellaneous interior works
• Basic MEP coordination understanding
• Snag identification and closure process
Preferred Software Knowledge
Zoho Projects, MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Other Requirements
• Own two-wheeler/vehicle is mandatory for site travel.
• Flexible to handle multiple project locations within Bangalore.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as per business/project requirements.
• Must be disciplined in daily reporting, site coordination, and execution follow-up.
