We are strengthening our project delivery team at SAFAA Homes.
We are currently looking to onboard a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer – Construction for our ongoing projects in Chennai.
This is a full-time site-based role, and candidates should be flexible to work across different project locations within Chennai based on project requirements. Our office is based in Chennai, and this role requires regular on-site presence; hence, work from home is not applicable for this position.
If you have experience in construction execution, site supervision, billing, and coordination within residential or commercial projects, we would be glad to connect.
Job Details:
- Position: Site Engineer – Construction

- Job Type: Full-time | Site-Based Role
- Experience Required: 2–6 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction and site execution activities
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and timelines
- Handle measurements, billing support, and material tracking
- Maintain daily reports and project documentation
