🚨 WE ARE HIRING | SITE DIRECTOR – FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan
Position: Site Director
Experience: 10–20 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the facility management and day-to-day operations of the site.
- Lead and manage soft services, housekeeping, food services, security, and other facility operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services in line with client expectations, SOPs, and service-level standards.
- Strong focus on Food & Catering Operations, including quality, hygiene, menu planning, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a large team of employees and ensure optimum manpower deployment.
- Monitor service quality, hygiene, safety, compliance, and operational performance.
- Handle client interactions, review meetings, escalations, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Manage budgets, operational costs, vendor performance, inventory, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, HSE standards, and food safety regulations.
- Drive customer satisfaction, employee engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Prepare and review MIS, operational reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
🔹 Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Facility Management, Hospitality, or a relevant discipline.
- 10–20 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, Hospitality, Integrated Facilities Management, or Institutional/Residential Operations.
- Strong experience in Food & Catering Operations is essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication, client management, and team-handling skills.
- Experience managing large teams and multi-service operations will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
