Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Director - API & Intermediate Manufacturing, located in Abroad. The Site Director will oversee and manage all manufacturing operations, including production planning and execution, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with supply chain teams to optimize operational efficiency. The Site Director will also be responsible for mentoring staff and upholding safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, and Manufacturing Operations Management
- Thorough knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regulatory compliance standards
- Experience in Supply Chain Management with the ability to optimize operations
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site role and handle multiple responsibilities
- A degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields; advanced degree is a plus
- Prior experience in API & intermediate manufacturing is highly desirable
