We're Hiring: Site Diagnostic Engineer (Civil)

What You'll Do
- Conduct technical SiteScan inspections at residential, commercial, and society properties.
- Diagnose structural defects, leakages, dampness, cracks, and waterproofing failures.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with observations and recommended solutions with help of our Tools and App.
- Explain technical findings to clients in a simple and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the office for quotations and project planning.
- Lead the execution of projects that originate from your inspections.
- Manage Team, quality, safety, timelines, and client communication during project execution.
- Maintain complete site documentation, including photographs, videos, measurements, and reports.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has a B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Has 1–4 years of site experience (structural repairs or waterproofing experience is an advantage).
- Enjoys visiting sites rather than working only from an office.
- Can think analytically and identify the root cause of construction problems.
- Communicates confidently with clients.
- Takes ownership and can independently manage projects.
- Is willing to learn and grow with a rapidly expanding company.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in building rehabilitation or waterproofing.
- Knowledge of RCC repairs and repair materials.
- Ability to read drawings and prepare measurements.
- Familiarity with site documentation and reporting.
