Job Role: Site CSV Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification: MSc & BSc ( Information Technology)
Experience: 2-4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all administration activities as per the user management SOP
- Manage activation reset change and deactivation of user access on a 24 by 7 basis
- Review configure and maintain the privilege right matrix
- Prepare create update and deactivate the user access matrix
- Provide access to service engineer user accounts and review service engineer audit trails
- Prepare and update application wise process steps related to user management
- Maintain and update the list of applications
- Prepare implement and periodically update site SOPs
- Prepare and review qualification protocols and participate in instrument and software qualification activities including challenge tests with documentation
- Handle all IT related QMS activities such as change control deviation CAPA incidents qualification documents and SOPs
- Manage backup and restoration activities
- Provide support during software assessments and mitigation plan execution
- Support software maintenance activities and resolve network related issues
- Participate in periodic reviews and ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct periodic verification of GLP and desktop policies
- Perform risk based network failure tests periodically
- Explain the IT role in analytical applications and user management to internal and external auditors and regulators
- Communicate effectively with middle and senior management
- Lead and manage a team effectively
