Qualifications
- B. Tech/B Sc/ MSc in Agriculture from a recognized university.
Overall Professional Experience
- Coordination and communication skills to manage stakeholders.
- Basic understanding or background in agricultural techniques is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience (preferably working with local consulting firms).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Daily management of the trial cultivation field and record field data as instructed by the Japanese team.
- Coordinate and communicate with relevant organizations (e.g., NDDB, Amul Dairy, Banas Dairy, Anand University, etc.).
- Monitor project progress during the periods when the Japanese team is absent.
- Regular meetings with Japanese members.
