Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Site Coordinator at Raylite Concept in Bengaluru. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily site operations, managing schedules and logistics, communicating with various stakeholders, and ensuring site compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specification. • Monitor projects progress, identify and resolve any issues or obstacles, and take necessary corrective actions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Experience working on BOQs and billing: Quantity take- off related to structure , Roofing as per the designs/drawings and site measurements
• Coordination with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project timelines
• Prepare and present project status reports
Qualifications
- Experience in site coordination, scheduling, and logistics management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS and autocad
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in Roofing /PEB/facade or related industry is a plus
- Qualification : Diploma /BE with 2-5 years experience
