MDM’s services include fire sprinkler systems, fire hydrant installations, and fire extinguisher setups. The team works closely with clients to design, implement, and maintain tailored fire protection systems that meet regulatory standards and operational needs.
Role Description The Site Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jaipur, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. This role oversees day-to-day activities at project sites, including coordinating fire-fighting installation work, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The Site Coordinator will liaise with engineers, technicians, vendors, and clients, manage work schedules, track materials and equipment, and help resolve on-site issues. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, preparing basic reports, supporting compliance with local regulations, and communicating project updates to management. The role requires frequent site visits within Jaipur and nearby regions, as well as administrative coordination that can be completed remotely.
Qualifications
- Strong coordination and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple site activities and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of construction or fire-fighting systems (such as sprinklers, hydrants, and extinguishers) and willingness to learn technical aspects on the job.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, engineers, technicians, and vendors.
- Ability to read and understand simple technical drawings, site plans, and project documentation.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) for reporting and documentation.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards at project sites.
- Ability to travel to project sites in and around Jaipur as required and work in a hybrid setup.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred; relevant site experience in fire-fighting or MEP projects is an advantage.
