Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Coordinator, based in Mira Bhayandar. The Site Coordinator will oversee and coordinate various project activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, supervising on-site work, managing schedules, collaborating with project teams, and addressing any issues that arise during the project. The role also involves liaising with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day site execution activities for retail interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, supervisors, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Work closely with the procurement team for material planning, tracking, and timely delivery to site.
- Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Take site measurements and verify quantities as per project requirements.
- Maintain records of materials, site activities, and work progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and building/mall management when required.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to avoid project delays.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity at site.
- Follow up on pending works and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain quality control and ensure finishing standards are achieved.
- Take complete ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities from execution to handover.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination between office, site, and procurement teams.
- Support billing and documentation activities related to site execution.
