Role Description: The Site Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Trivandrum, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at construction and interior projects. The Site Coordinator will coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is executed according to approved plans, quality standards, safety regulations, and timelines. Daily responsibilities include monitoring progress, maintaining site documentation, organising resources and materials, reporting issues, and supporting smooth communication between the office and the site. The role also involves assisting with inspections, managing basic site logistics, and helping resolve operational challenges to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications
- Strong site coordination and project support skills, including scheduling, task follow-up, and basic project documentation.
- Knowledge of construction and interior fit-out processes, drawings, and materials, with attention to quality and safety standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and vendors.
- Organisational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks, handle constraints, and support timely issue resolution.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting, documentation, and progress tracking.
- Relevant qualification such as a diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum full-time, with flexibility to adapt to project needs and site conditions.
