Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Site Civil Engineer (Interiors Project Executive) at Square Yards. The role involves overseeing interior construction projects, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, and managing technical evaluations. Key responsibilities include project planning, civil engineering design reviews, monitoring ground execution, and maintaining compliance with safety and structural standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Civil Engineering Design, including experience with structural and interior projects
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering principles and the ability to apply them to real-world projects
- Skills in Planning and project scheduling to ensure timely deliverables
- Familiarity with Stormwater Management and related civil engineering challenges
- Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate effectively with contractors, clients, and internal teams
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to project management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications or licensures are an advantage
- Experience working in real estate or interior projects is a plus
- Proficiency in using relevant software for engineering design and project management
