Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Site Civil Engineer to manage civil works for EV charging station installations across Tamil Nadu. The role involves frequent travel and on-ground supervision, with each site requiring approximately 2 weeks of work.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and execute civil works at EV charging station sites
* Ensure timely completion of site development within defined timelines
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
* Monitor quality, safety, and compliance at site
* Handle site measurements, layout marking, and progress tracking
* Ensure proper execution of foundation work, trenching, and equipment base preparation
* Maintain daily progress reports and documentation
* Resolve on-site issues efficiently to avoid delays

Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 2 years of site experience (preferred in infrastructure or electrical-related projects)
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
* Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu
* Strong problem-solving and site management skills
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
