Key Responsibilities:
- Execute civil and interior works as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Monitor site activities, workmanship, and material quality; identify and rectify deviations.
- Plan work sequencing and coordinate with civil, MEP, and interior teams.
- Track project timelines, progress, and highlight delays/risks.
- Verify BOQs, check site measurements, and assist in RA billing.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain checklists and documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and design teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure material quality, proper usage, and control wastage.
- Maintain safety standards and site discipline.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Strong understanding of site execution and coordination
- Hands-on experience with BOQ, MOM, and site work
- Strong knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD
- Regular site presence (almost daily)
