About the Role:
Spaceki Designs is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team as a Site Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered as per quality standards and timelines. The role requires flexibility to work across different project locations in Bangalore based on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and report status to management
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Maintain quality control and safety standards at site
- Handle site measurements and material tracking
- Assist in project planning and scheduling
- Resolve site-related issues and escalate when required
- Maintain site documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 1–2 years of relevant site execution experience
- Willingness to work at different project locations within Bangalore
- Good understanding of construction processes and site coordination
- Ability to read drawings and basic BOQ understanding
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Immediate joiner preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (optional)
- Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Proactive and responsible work attitude
