Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer located in the Satara Division. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, planning project tasks, overseeing Civil Structure Constructions related to water supply, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role requires effective coordination with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery while adhering to project specifications. The role has to manage daily site progress and workforce activities, and maintain site daily progress reports and measurement records. Assist Managers in Billing and BOQ Verification. Tracking material usage and basic financial site records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core Civil Engineering concepts
- Experience with project Planning and implementation for civil infrastructure projects
- Strong teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Mandatory)
- Prior experience in water supply and sanitation projects is an advantage
- Knowledge of government regulations and standards for infrastructure projects
- 2 Years experience is mandatory
- Ability to handle on field teams and machinery
- Discipline and ownership mindset
