Job Title: Site Civil Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Site-Based)
Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Employment Type: Full-Time (Project-Based)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Site Civil Engineer to supervise and execute civil construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise RCC, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and structural works.
- Monitor daily site progress and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and IS codes.
- Conduct QA/QC checks, including concrete testing, rebar inspection, and material verification.
- Prepare site reports, daily progress updates, measurements, and contractor billing records.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and finishing teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure site safety, PPE compliance, and adherence to HSE standards.
- Manage material usage, inspections, and reconciliation to minimize wastage.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in residential, commercial, healthcare, or industrial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, formwork, finishing works, and site execution.
- Experience in QA/QC, contractor management, quantity surveying, and billing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera.
- Knowledge of IS Codes, construction standards, and site safety practices.
Preferred
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom projects.
- Exposure to third-party audits and quality management systems.
- PMP/CPM certification will be an added advantage.
