Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Civil Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day civil construction activities, including site preparation, foundation works, structural execution, and coordination with MEP and plumbing teams. Responsibilities include interpreting drawings and specifications, planning and monitoring work schedules, supervising site staff and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves conducting inspections, documenting progress, resolving technical issues on site, and liaising with project managers, design engineers, and clients to keep projects on track. The engineer will also support material approvals, quantity verification, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills relevant to infrastructure and building projects.
- Experience collaborating with other Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary teams on active construction sites.
- Strong Planning abilities for scheduling, resource allocation, and site coordination.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage systems for industrial and commercial facilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Prior experience in site execution for industrial, warehousing, or infrastructure projects (airports, seaports, data centers, etc.) is preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations in civil construction.
- Proficiency in basic engineering software and MS Office for reporting and documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
