Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, manage site planning, and maintain progress tracking to ensure timely project delivery. Responsibilities include preparing the site for pre construction, and collaborating with the project team to optimize worksites for safety and efficiency. Accurate reporting, inspection, and troubleshooting tasks will also be a part of the day-to-day duties.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering and knowledge of core Civil Engineering principles
- Experience in site management and project planning for infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and construction safety standards
- Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus
- Prior experience working on projects in the Bengaluru region is desirable
