Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer based in Gurugram. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, managing project teams, planning site workflows, and ensuring all work adheres to design specifications and safety standards. Tasks include preparing civil engineering designs, supervising construction progress, managing stormwater systems, and collaborating with other stakeholders to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and expertise in Civil Engineering principles
- Experience with Planning and Project Management, particularly in the construction domain
- Knowledge and experience in Stormwater Management systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site and coordinate across teams
- Good understanding of safety and compliance standards in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in similar roles within construction projects is considered an advantage
