Role Description The Site Civil Engineer role at MK GROUP JOBS is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra. The individual in this role will oversee civil works at project sites, including supervising construction activities, monitoring quality, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, reviewing engineering drawings, assisting in planning and scheduling, and reporting progress to project managers and other stakeholders. The Site Civil Engineer will support stormwater and drainage systems implementation, resolve technical issues on-site, and verify that materials and workmanship meet approved standards. The role also involves preparing site documentation, maintaining records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills relevant to site execution and infrastructure projects.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in urban or commercial development.
- Planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of site activities.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related regulatory and safety requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, standards, and codes, and basic proficiency in civil design or drafting software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and site supervision abilities, with attention to quality and safety.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
