Role Overview
We are looking for Junior Site Engineers responsible for supporting RCC works, toll plaza construction, highway projects, and civil infrastructure execution activities.
The role requires field visits and on-site coordination across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, while the base office is in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in RCC, PCC, excavation, leveling, and foundation works
• Support toll plaza, highway, and road infrastructure project execution
• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with contractors and workers
• Monitor reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and structural alignment works
• Ensure proper road surface preparation and finishing activities
• Maintain site measurements, progress reports, and project documentation
• Support quality control and ensure safety compliance at site
Eligibility
Education
• B.Tech / B.E – Civil Engineering
OR
• Diploma – Civil Engineering
Experience
• Freshers to 1+ years of experience in site execution / civil projects
Technical Skills
• Basic knowledge of RCC works and civil engineering fundamentals
• Understanding of site execution and construction activities
• Ability to read drawings and maintain site measurements
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
