About the Role:
We are seeking proactive, experienced Site Engineers with 1 to 3 years of experience in residential interior fit-out and renovation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing site activities, managing construction labor, and ensuring timely project completion with high-quality standards. This is a physically demanding position and best suited for individuals who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and ready to take on challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise interior fit-out work and manage day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate with construction labor to ensure efficient work flow and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets high standards.
- Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness are maintained on-site.
Preferred Skills & Qualities:
- Construction Management – Strong understanding of interior construction processes and project management.
- Hands-On Site Experience – Comfortable working on-site and handling various construction tasks.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to ensure high-quality standards in every task.
- Startup Mindset – Eager to work in a startup environment with a proactive and adaptable approach.
