Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer – Civil with 6 months to 1 year of experience in construction and real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, supervision, and coordination to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
● Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
● Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
● Monitor material usage and ensure proper site management
● Maintain daily site reports and progress updates
● Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety standards
● Assist in site measurements, billing, and quantity estimation
● Identify and resolve on-site issues to avoid project delays
● Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and approvals
Requirements
● Experience:
6 months to 1 year in civil construction or real estate projects
● Shift:
Willingness to work in a fixed day shift (9 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Friday)
● Technical Skills:
– Basic knowledge of construction drawings and plans
– Familiarity with AutoCAD (preferred but not mandatory)
– Understanding of construction materials and methods
● Functional Skills:
– Knowledge of site execution, RCC works, and finishing activities
– Understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and estimation basics
– Awareness of safety practices and site compliance
● Soft Skills:
– Strong coordination and communication skills
– Problem-solving ability on-site
– Time management and attention to detail
