Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Site Civil Engineer. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for assisting in civil engineering designs, planning tasks, report preparation and fieldwork evaluations. The role will require collaboration with senior engineers, stakeholders and clients to ensure project requirements and regulatory standards are met. The candidate will contribute to the success of industrial and environmental projects.

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team for ongoing project work. If you have experience in land measurement, construction supervision, and rehabilitation planning, we’d love to hear from you!
🎓 Eligibility:
✔ B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
✔ 2–4 years of relevant experience
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Measurement of project land for land Acquisition projects.
• Cost estimation of existing structures (schools, houses, hospitals etc.)
• Compensation Assessment for displaced people during project work.
• Execution of demolition work
• Preparation & submission of project bills
• Assisting in Yadast work
• Land survey coordination with Amin & Revenue Inspector
• Preparation of Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R) Plans
• Supervision of construction work at site

Expertise in:
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering fundamentals
- Knowledge of Planning and Stormwater Management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of land acquisition regulations and environmental compliance is an advantage
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with design software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools is a plus
