Role Description
We are seeking a Site Civil Engineer for a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring all work complies with industry standards and specifications. Responsibilities include managing construction activities, implementing stormwater management solutions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, reviewing designs, and maintaining project quality. The role also involves resolving on-site technical challenges and ensuring the timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and familiarity with key principles of Civil Engineering
- Experience in Planning and effective project management skills
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Stormwater Management practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Ability to work effectively on-site with cross-functional teams
- Experience working on urban and luxury residential or commercial projects is a plus
- Understanding of sustainability practices in civil engineering is desirable
