Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer based in Hyderabad. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-ground construction activities, ensuring project designs and plans are implemented effectively and accurately. The role involves quality control, managing project schedules, coordinating with contractors and labor teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include involvement in planning, assessing stormwater management systems, and providing technical engineering solutions as required.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and principles, including knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering practices and techniques, with hands-on experience working on infrastructure projects
- Strong Planning abilities, including project scheduling, resource management, and adherence to timelines
- Solid understanding of Stormwater Management concepts and implementation in engineering projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in using construction and engineering software tools
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and effectively manage contractors and on-site teams
- Experience in sports infrastructure projects is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
