Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer, based in Koramangala, Bangalore. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee daily site operations, manage on-site teams, coordinate construction activities, and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of relevant site experience
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and technical specifications
- Monitor and manage labor, materials, and equipment usage
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance at the site
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks at various stages
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Ability to read, interpret, and implement engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability
