Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Billing Engineer located in Sonipat. The Site Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and verifying Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing site billing systems, and ensuring accurate quantity measurements and documentation. Daily tasks include coordinating with site engineers and contractors, performing rate analysis, validating work done against drawings and specifications, and preparing running and final bills. The role also involves maintaining billing records, tracking project costs, supporting quantity surveying activities, and preparing reports for project and finance teams. The Site Billing Engineer will contribute to smooth billing operations and support timely project progress at the Sonipat site.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying to support accurate measurement and billing.
- Candidates should possess solid Billing Systems knowledge and Rate Analysis skills to manage invoices and evaluate project costs.
- Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills to review site data, verify quantities, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in construction or real estate projects, especially site billing and quantity measurement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic billing or ERP software used in construction.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work collaboratively with site and office teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Sonipat and manage multiple billing tasks within project timelines.
