Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate site audits by visiting customer locations to take precise measurements and assess site readiness for wallpaper and wooden flooring installations.
- Coordinate between the Sales and Installation teams to ensure smooth project handovers and execution.
- Perform timely site assessments to minimize project delays and eliminate installation bottlenecks.
- Identify potential site issues, such as wall dampness or uneven flooring, to prevent material wastage and incorrect ordering.
- Deliver a professional and customer-friendly on-site experience by assisting homeowners throughout the site inspection process.
- Maintain accurate digital records of site measurements, photographs, and site readiness checklists after every visit.
