About the Role
As a Site Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing the best commercial locations for new LaundryTO franchise outlets. You will conduct market research, evaluate site potential, coordinate with property owners and brokers, and support lease negotiations to ensure successful expansion.
Responsibilities
1. Identify and shortlist high-potential commercial properties.
2. Conduct site visits and location feasibility studies.
3. Analyze demographics, competition, accessibility, and customer potential.
4. Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and franchise partners.
5. Negotiate commercial terms and assist in lease finalization.
6. Maintain a pipeline of potential locations and market intelligence.
7. Collaborate with the Business Development and Expansion teams to meet growth targets.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. 0–4 years of experience in site acquisition, retail expansion, real estate, or business development.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Willingness to travel extensively.
